defien sleep? i dont recall if sleep exzist!

my sound sencitifiy has been keeping me awake becase its been raining here and thats dose not doo me good infct in starting to get a little desprate for help on the subject so then i can atleast fleep im not as i write this getting stressed again becase of no sleep if any ne know of a way to solve thsi ishue asside from ear blugs and head phones or medisine then  please by all means  message me and help me out bottome line HELP!!!!!!!!
