I did it again--got defensive with my sister in the face of her disrespect. Like a reflex. I think I need to remind myself BEFORE I see her that this may happen & practice stopping her. (or trying to)
Another nit tonight: I told my daughter that the best part of my day was spending time with her. So my H chimes in, \"well, what about me?\". I\'m like, I hardly spent time with you today (and besides, why does it always have to be about HIM?)
