Defective life - can I return it to the factory?

Sometimes I just want to chop off my feet and have prosthetic ones! After 4 months of religiously doing foot/tendon strengthening and I now have an entraped nerve in my leg that's causing pain on top of my foot. Had it for a month now - thought it was muscle/tendon related - but the physiotherapist believes it's nerve related. So now I have to be very careful not to anything more to aggravate it and I get to try "nerve flossing". Then on top of that I've got a massive toe infection in my other foot and I'm going to get the nailed removed on Monday.  Then on top off that I'm the only one in my household with a full-time income coming in so I'm currently supporting a household with 3 people in it and I'm suffering from chronic stress intermixed with a few chest pains here and there. And I think I'm ready to explode or drop dead. When it rains - it becomes monsoon season! All I can say:
