Dear OB/GYN

Dear Dr. _______ (my regular OB/GYN)
Have you ever heard of People, Good Housekeeping or Better Homes & Garden?! The poor infertile people really don't want to read Pregnancy or Motherhood magazines while waiting for our ultrasounds. I see that you have Sports Illustrated and other manly magazines for supportive partners willing to come to the appointment. The only 'women' magazines are about getting pregnant, being pregnant and dealing with the little one. You and I both know not everyone in your office is knocked up!! I would be more then happy to fill out some of those subscription postcards and have a larger variety of magazines delivered to your office.
Also, why is it that it never fails you schedule your vacation during my IVF cycles. Shouldn't you check with me before making plans to be out of town?!? Especially since I'm a large contributor to your fun in the sun. I realize that you are only helping with the monitoring but it makes my life sooooo much easier not to travel 3 1/2 hours for a 15 minute ultrasound only to turn around and drive 3 1/2 hours home, then to only do the same thing a few days later.
Sincerely,
Megan
(Ok, all joking aside I l.o.v.e my OB/GYN he is amazing and very supportive. He and his wife had infertility issues and have been so awesome with this whole experience. His wife and I use to work together and are still friends. So please know the above letter is to be funny).
It is a go to take the Cetrotide tonight and to continue BC. I will start stim medication next Monday.

My RE just got back from a 3 week hiatus in Europe! So glad I could fund the entire trip for him with my 2 IVF cycles in the last 6 weeks!!!! Really??? :)

Exactly!!! Well, I survived my Cetrotide shot. It was a lot of liquid but I didn\'t feel a thing while giving the shot. It is a little tender now but is quickly going away. 1 shot down 20 (give or take) left. Ahh the joys of IVF.
