Dealing with stress
The situation with Buddy has just triggered me big time! I am almost afraid of him now that I have seen his fear and snappiness. And the last thing you should show to a fearful dog is fear! I am very tired. My weight is 160.7 lbs. Stress! Going to try to do Wii Walk it Out later and just get some kind of exercise in.
Praying! That these people are up to taking Buddy. I am in such a catch 22 quandry. I want him to go. I will miss him but I need a major stress reduction. Praying that all goes well with the transport. Praying that David is good for a while. I am so tired of walking on egg shells! Home is supposed to be a safe place!
Thank God work isn't too bad. Thank God I have the money to pay the bills. Thanks God for Paul.

I gained back half the weight I lost, also! Stressing out certainly messes us \"humans\" up; doesn\'t it?
You\'re such a strong woman and YOU need to have a break, \"Catch 22\" and such stuff(s).
