Dealing with School Administrators

I had to have a "reinstatement" meeting at the school to get the girl back into school after a suspension. The representative from administration decided that the girl's mental breakdowns need to be scheduled to meet the school's schedule.
I tried to tell her that this is not how mental illness works, and she said that it is how the school works.
All over again, I have to start to get them to understand about this child. Driven to bankruptcy by them all already, I have to start over with the doctors and the school morons and the idiots.
I am so tired.
