Dealing with Anxiety

My goodness, I thought I was doing well since my Doug left me 18 months ago. Suddenly, I have been attacked by serious anxiety. My doctor felt I needed an antianxiety medication. I'm not sure, but I think the medication is making me worse. They say I need to get my body acclimated. I feel like the sky is falling this morning.  I wish I had someone here beside me.
