death

I don't know what is easier not knowing when we will loose someone or when we watch someone die. I am faced right now knowing that my roommates homecoming is soon. She is in the hospital. And will only leave when God takes her home. I am so sadden by this. I felt so much guilt of not being there when Harry passed. SO I tried to be there for her. I tried to visit her in the hospital and read her scriptures. Last night she asked me never to come again. I feel so overwhelmed, so lost for words. Death is the ending of so many things. So many unanswered questions. I just don't know what to say to people or what to feel at this moment. I feel like screaming, but nothen comes out. I feel like stomping my feet and asking God WHy???? you are putting me through this again.Death is bringing darkness, Death brings silence. Death is more that just something that brings depression. It brings more than I can write today.

I know i lost my grandfather about a month ago and it helps alot knowing that he is in heaven. But the ones that don\'t know Him i don\'t know how they deal with it and go through it cause there is no peace.
Death is a circle of life. Although it\'s hard for us left.
I\'ll keep you and your friend in my prayers.
Rejoice for the Lord is coming again!

I am sorry that you are going through this difficult time.
Remember, your roommate has been around you and seen what you went through after your husband died. So, she may be wanting to spare you being with her at this time. Also, when a person doesn\'t feel well they say and do things that they totally don\'t mean. And, you can still be there for her. The best way: prayer. You can send cards, and flowers too. Or, if she has a favorite animal - send her a soft stuffed animal, or something else that would comfort her right now. Maybe when you go to the card store they have those postcard size pictures of Christ - maybe she has a favorite picture of Christ, etc.

Remember what we have been talking through. God will send you where your experiences are best fitted. God wouldn\'t send you to a rehab place for that is not your experience. I know that the biggest thing I learned and I keep learning from my husband\'s death - is that all that God has promised: to be with us 24/7, to give us strength, to provide for our needs, etc all is true!!! And, all I have to do is turn to Him.

Right now my Matt is on a trip and playing the I am 18 years old card and not contacting me along the way. I have to remind myself that God is watching over Matt, that God has a plan for Matt, me, you, etc. And, that if something in anyway happens on this trip that God will help me and Matt through the consequences.

You are in my thoughts, and prayers - along with your son, and your roommate.
(((hugs)))
