death

The death of a child is the worse thing that anyone could go through and i hate my new life without kelly. it sucks -still not able to be positive or even come to terms with his death and i won't ever be able to. it's wrong and unfair and awful and i hate it. when i drive home from work in the morning i wish that i could come in the house and see him in there in his bed asleep-i miss him so much. i really do wish i would of died in his place. i know the kids would miss me but you expect your parents to die not your kids. life without kelly i don't want it. i feel ungrateful because i do have chels and she is all that keeps me going but the pain is so strong at times and i just don't want it anymore. i wrote this in pink because when he died it was his favorite color.

It IS worse thing that can happen to a mom...and we are living it. I do want you to know that there can be happiness again. It is a battle to see the happiness...but you can. Perserverance is what we must have...love to you...Karen

I\'m so sorry for your pain. I agree that it is the worse thing anyone can go through. Atleast I think it is. It is certainly the worse thing I\'ve ever had to endure. I\'m happy you have Chels and you keep going for her. I hope soon you will find some things in your life that will lift your spirits and bring you joy. We don\'t like our new lives but we cannot change them so we have to find the happiness. It won\'t come to us. Peace and comfort to you. Love Robin

It is the worst thing that can happen to a Mom. The hurt is unbearable but some how we find I way to bear it. Take it one day at a time. Unfortunately there is no magic bullet, we all must just struggle through. Know it does and will ease as time passes and you work on it. The wound will stay with you forever but you will be able to manage it. There is hope, and support for you. Love and hugs Cathy

I hate it too. It is so hard to get through each day. It is work. Every day we must put on our \"normal\" face, as if we\'re ok. It is painful. But we do go on. We have to. The only other choice would be horrible pain for our loved ones, so we must persevere. Each day we get up, we must find the strength to move through the day. Each day will get just a tiny bit easier. One day at a time. The trick I have found is not to think too far into the future. Just think about today. It\'s too painful to think of living without our children for a long time to come. Love and Prayers, Julia
