Days seem a bit better today.

Well I have gotten through the past month, month and a half of tears and anger.  And I want to thank all my friends at DS for the strength and support..  Joely suggested a book which helped her and I bought it and it is really helping..  I also bought a video to transform your life called "Letting Go" and that is helping, too.  I am not letting go of my memories but these powerless feelings must go.. It is time..  I am beginning to look at things a bit brighter.. OH, I know there are going to be more tears, more sad moments, but I know I can get through them, too.  I believe God only gives us what we can handle.  So even tho I feel over whelmed I know God is with me, on this long walk. Now I have to begin preparing for winter and that means going out into the woods and chopping wood (that is all the heat I have) I can not afford 7 cord at 150 ea..... ugh.. So this is a new experience.. Oh, I went out with my husband before but, he planned where we would go and did the cutting I just stacked...... So another new experience..... I am a bit scart...  When I got my permit at the forest service, this guy was being a bit rude and cutting me short.  I stopped him and said" Look my husband always did this before, and he recently died and now I have to do it and I just am finding it a bit overwhelming.  So please help me..  His attitude changed and he was very helpful after that... Thank goodness, I was about to break down... So off to a new adventure...

A new adventure that undoubtedly was a lot of fun together and now is so daunting alone, and full of painful memories. I\'m not looking forward to my first winter alone but it is as it is so I\'ll cope as we all have to. I\'m glad you\'re having some brighter moments, it\'s the thought of those that keep you going through the bad times. Hugs to you, Lottie

Oh, my word! You are going to chop wood!! Bless you!! I couldn\'t do it. I guess I\'d have to move or find some other kind of heat!! More power to you sister!! Hugs, Joely
