DAY-UNO

Uno, as in day ONE... in spanish hehe. I have begun, it hasn't been easy but it hasn't been difficult - Hard because i'm at work with a canteen of goodies right in front of me and I'm also selling them at the counter to help mum out at her work. At least there's the internet here so I can talk my way out of eating crap and talk my way into munching on the great goodies I got down the shop that include salad, dates, tea and eucalyptus lollies to get my through!!So far today I've eaten fruit for breakfast, with a hot tea, A sweet potato and a chocolate protein shake for lunch and mid arvo dates, a black tea, a bannana and one or two eucalyptus lolls.. I feel that's pretty good. And thanks for your suggestion my friend saying that I should have early nights to stop those late night binges and that worked last night. I felt so good about it and I wasn't sick the next morning! It will be difficult with my schedule sometimes but I'm sure if I move things around and make sure I'm more organized and put myself to bed if even just to read before i'm sleepy i'm going to start noticing some differences. Many  months ago I wasn't bingeing late at night and I noticed the weight loss really fast because of it. I think that by not eating heavy foods late at night for me is the key - it's also the most absolute difficult thing for me to do but I'm not going to not do it just because it's hard. I don't feel very attractive right now but I know I will if I can keep to this and regain some self control. Something I desperately need to do to build my self worth and get out of this misery emotion.

Good job today. Early sleeping nights really are a cure for the late-night binges. Can\'t binge when you\'re sleeping! You are right, you will build confidence and self esteem as you gain control over binging and it will get easier =)
