Day Seven

I am officially one week free today so I am making great progress with everybody's support. I like how I am writing here every day no matter how long or short. I really hope I can beat this. I have also learned recently that there will always come changes and upsetting parts of your life which is what comes with new stages. You just have to wait it out because it will eventually get better with the more you get used to it and someday you will see the benefits as I hope this is true for me. I hope I find a way to be truly happy with the things that are going on in my life and that I can see the benefits I do have.
