Day's Like Today

It is days like today where I want to die. Where everything you do and say isn't enough and no one understands. Where you can't move because of the pain inside your head. Where you tell you boyfriend you are sad and he asks why and you say I do not know, however I do know that all I want to do is sit on the shower floor and cry. 
I do not want to be sad, I do not want to be depressed.. But I am.
