day one
so today was the official day one of my new routine, I tried my best to stick to it but in the end I faltered a bit but I also know that building a routine and disipline takes time so i don't want to give myself too hard of a time over it. One of the things I'm working on is trying to confront my PTSD, despite knowing about it for the past year, and always knowing it deep down in my heart, I was able to deal with it personallly. I couldn't face it. Now, I feel I need to because I might never be ready. I feel like theres no way to be ready to confront something so traumatic. I'm taking baby steps, with everything really and hopefully I make progress.

Lorilei - keep taking those small steps. I am still unable to fully face my PTSD and I talk around it in therapy or I describe it so unattached that it is robotic. I still can not place myself there amongst all that was happening. A new routine takes time to build and time to perfect. Give yourself credit that you are on a new course and it will take some time.
Proud of you Lorilel!!!!!
