Day 9 evening
All good today. Home and closing in on the evening. Hot from the day and tired. Ready to change into shorts and a tshirt and collapse onto the couch.
I'm on episode 10 of Orange is the New Black. At work someone told me Captain Janeway, Kate Mulgrew was Red. When they said it, I said no and then they pulled her up online. I was stunned. I didn't even recognize her. I think watching the last of season one will be a nice close to my day. It's either that or sit and do some work that's due Friday at 8am.
No liquor store trials today. I can't be overconfident though. I need to remember I have choices even down to the time I drink. I always have a choice. Be proactive.
I will say, too, that looking at my goal and seeing the days start to add up....it feels good. My goal is to make a life change. As the days start to add up, I am making a life change. I do not drink. I am the tree, not the leaves.
