Day 7- end of week 1

Yesterday was ok. 
2 cups of coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 and Splenda.  49 oz of water.  1 cup 1% milk with Kashi Strawberry Fields cereal.  Hamburger roll with BBQ pork.  String beans.  diet soda, 1 can.  10 Tater tots and 2 beer battered Gorton's fish filets.  Steamed Green Giant mixed veggies (peppers, carrots, broccoli in olive oil).  (Note:  These were only 50 calories for 1/2 box and tasted great!)  Fat free Dannon yogurt.  I did break down and eat 1 bite sized Mounds bar before bed- 80 stupid calories!  So that is 1319 calories for the day.
Exercise:  Went to the Y, jog/walk on treadmill 49 mins, 3 miles.  (Note:  I was really tired and a little sore yesterday for some reason, so this was not easy.)  Upper body weights/abs for 25 mins, 5 min stretch.  Walked the dog last night 26 mins.  Burned 2200 calories.  13,505 steps.
Took David to karate yesterday.  He was there over 4 1/2 hrs.  They had a sword bamboo cutting seminar.  He did great.
So I am down to 151 lbs from 152.5 lbs.  I am a little frustrated.  Last week was TOM so I figured with water weight loss after that was over and how well I did this week (plus the first week back on a diet I always lose 3-4 lbs), I figured I would do better.  I am going to have to take some Papaya enzyme for a few days and see if it helps as I seem to be a little irregular/backed up.  That may be part of the reason I haven't lost more weight.  Also, I forgot to take my vitamins last two days and have to get better about that.  But one thing I saw this past week:  Calories burned vs calories eaten, I was down 3076 calories for the week.  So it makes sense that I lost 1.5 lbs when I look at it that way.
This week:  keep pushing.  Just keep exercising, going to the Y, journaling my calories on Fitday.  I did great last week keeping track of calories and reducing them from what I was eating before.  So this week I am going to try to keep my calories at 1400 for 7 days straight and see what happens.  I would love to be 140 by the end of July.
