Day 69--- What\'s the dilly?

Hello my lovlies! I am stopping in to say HELLOOOOO!!!! I hope all you moms had a wonderful mother's day and all you WITH mom's appreciated them and enjoyed them! My mom is about 3000 miles away so I didn't get to hug on her the way I wanted to. I will say that we went for a swim yesterday. A 98 minute swim. It sure takes alot out of me. We had a blast though. We do our laps and then we play a rousing game of Marco Polo. It's very entertaining. I just have to remember to put my sunscreen on. I am not a fan of the sun and neither is my skin. My meds make me EXTRA sun sensitive so I have to be careful. If you read my last post you read about the garbage being all over the pool and in it. Well yesterday was no different. We cleaned it up and thanks to my new goggles and swim cap I wasn't too worried about the rest.  Take a look at the picture I posted and have a laugh. I feel like I have been neglecting you all. I hope you don't feel that way, but I can imagine that if I feel it then ya'll must feel it. I've been really focused on trying to get the right exercise plan into place for me. We are doing Richard Simmons every Tuesday and Thursday and swimming every Sat/Sun. It comes out to about 5-6hours of cardio a week. I think that's good at the moment. We are STILL trying to incorporate the strengthening bands. I am a TOTAL work in progress. I'm trying to get my food intake into a good place as well. I really need to get more veggies into the diet. I stuff Sprouts into stuff when I have em and try to eat 2-3 salads a week. We only ever eat chicken and or turkey. So I think we are doing pretty good on that front.I hope you all know how much I love ya and I am trying to stay on top of things! God bless you all! Lots of hugs and love always! D
