Day 66- Still chugging
Down to 164 lbs. Food isn't bad. Calories not bad. Over did it yesterday as I went shopping with my friend in Lancaster and we went out to eat last night at Cracker Barrel. I had the chicken and dumplings, carrots and fried apples. I only ate 1/2 of everything. Then we had dessert. I got the double chocolate Coca Cola cake with vanilla ice cream. I ate the ice cream (1 scoop) and 1/2 of the cake. I brought all my left overs home for David and Paul to eat. Did not do any exercise yesterday but we were out shopping all day.
I got some red beads for my Brighton necklace and earrings. Now I can take the snowman off and wear the heart with the red beads for Valentine's day. I also got a flannel shirt at the Woolrich store. I bought 2 battery operated red taper candles at the candle store. Oh. And my favorite- we went to the jam and jelly and relish shop. I bought 2 jars of jelly- seedless blackberry and seedless black raspberry. I also bought 6 jars of their homemade chicken corn noodle soup (YUMMY!) Total comfort food.
Work is picking up again. Ugh! Trying to keep up. I still haven't even begun to put away the Christmas stuff! That includes 2 trees! I have to psyche myself up for it. 63 more days to Spring. I hate the darkness early and the cold dreary overcast days.
going to try to get back to going to they Y, starting this week. I have been doing Wii Walk It out. Haven't done the Cyber bike lately. Not as addictive as Walk It Out. Oh, and I love the new Zumba 2! I have done that a bunch of times. Great work out.
Had a couple of minor panic attacks this past week, including last night at the restaurant. I was able to get myself under control relatively quickly but it is still scary and frustrating knowing that they are still "there." Again, related to hormones? menopause? I have a birthday part at my brother's house this Saturday for my little 6 year old nephew. I have another birthday party next Saturday at my sister's house for my 18 year old nephew. My annual physical at the Dr's is 1/26. Not looking forward to it!

You are one \'busy\' lady. Take very good care.
I think the only reason I don\'t know panic with all of this any longer is setting it all down here in my journal. The very best therapy going.
((hugs)) for continued improvement.

Such fun on your shopping trip! Red beads - I love red - a power color!
Will the Christmas trees still be up by Valentines day....hang some hearts on them! Sorry I couldn\'t help myself.
I read something the other day that panic attacks are part on menopause. Sorry now that I did not earmark the article for you.
I love red beads too.
I hope the panic attacks are better.
I love to shop. So when are we going ? LOL
