Day 66, morning
Today is day 66. Yesterday was a free day, no exercise. Today is a lift day.
I'm beginning to notice more things as I go along here. The physical: my lower back pain, kidney pain, has gone away. It was daily before. A wound to my skin still doesn't heal very quickly, but it's better than it was. The pain in my lower legs is gone. The body is slowly recuperating and I think there's so much that I was just used to and didn't even recognize and don't even recognize now. It is the same for me mentally/emotionally, from the contacting of an old friend that struck me emotionally to the photos the other day to a kind of inner recognition. All I can say to myself here is to start where I am. This is a process and this process is good. Start where you are.
Drinking: doing something without moving. Erasure without effort.
Today is day 66. I am committed to making a life change which is a commitment to movement, to effort, to embracing the self. I do not drink. I am the tree, not the leaves. I am the mountain. It is day 66 and I am solid.
