Day 60- OK
I am back down to 165 lbs. Feeling pretty good. Day 3 really on this calorie cycling thing. I did 76 minutes of Wii Walk It Out on Monday. No exercise yesterday. 73 minutes of Wii Walk It Out today. I am also trying to remember to take my vitamins. (Yup. Dr Office called today. Got my results of my blood test. He wants to see me. Ugh.) I have physical on 1/26. Hopefully will be down a few lbs by then. I have been eating well. did the two days of 1100 calories (Just over) and then the one day of 1600 calories (just under). Trying to reduce bread and pasta and eat more fruits and veggies. I am such a carb a holic, this is going to be difficult.
David starts anger management tomorrow. Fingers and toes crossed. I have 3 fires to go to tomorrow. 1 in Langhorne, 2 in Philly (next door neighbors.) I have another fire to go to Friday. I have off Monday and will be going to Lancaster to go shopping with my friend. Yay! Would like to get a couple of new beads for my necklace at the Brighton store.
I am about 60% done the "Petite Advantage" book. I am not going to be able to be real strict about it like he says, but I am trying. also, eating a bigger breakfast and smaller dinner (he says it gives you better metabolism) is hard. Tonight I had a hamburger and some veggies for dinner. No potato or fries.
Donna, the breeder we got Remmy from, is on the road showing her dogs. she has won a whole bunch of awards. I am hoping to see her at Westminster!! I can say "That is Remmy's Uncle" or "That is Remmy's dad!"
Goals for rest of this month:
Track calories every day, exercise an average of 30 minutes per day, get back to the Y 2-3 times per week
Only 69 more days until Spring!

I think you are simply AMAZING!!!
Sending you the very best of thoughts.
I am at 156 and where food is comfort and I have none that amazes me as to be goal weight in the face of such overwhelming adversity - simply thankful.
Today is going to be good because there is acceptance of reality. Even death cannot be feared when there is acceptance of reality.
Gentle ((hugs)) for 2012 being a year of healing and renewal.
:-) Patricia
I don\'t like the fact that I\'m so ill as to appear as death warmed over from such severe harm inflicted but I have endured leaving me thankful, simply thankful.
Hoping....
that the Dr\'s request to see you is just for a routine checkup
that David does very well in anger management
that you get a couple new necklace beads
that you breeze through the fire claims.
HUGE HUGS!
I too wish you well. We carboholics understand the trigger/lure/call of all those carbs.
Praying all goes well for David too.
Enjoy your shopping trip.
Acceptance of reality is optional. I loved the T-shirt that said: REALITY SUCKS. GIVE ME A GOOD FANTASY ANY DAY!
Hi there, my Friend! You are do G R E A T! You should be very proud of Yourself!
