Day 6 smoke free!!!

Made it through my 1st weekend smoke free,  I feel great! I just keep staying determined. I have faith and I ask God for help all the time, that helps me through.
Good weekend! Took my son rock climbing at Phoenix Rock Climbing indoor gym. I was very impressed with both of our climbing abilities. It was some what scarey, but I just kept up that I can do it attitude!!! Like I do with my quitting smoking! Got some good rest today, went to my sponsers house and worked on the steps, then had dinner with an old friend, who I really enjoyed catching up with! Then I went to an AA meeting tonight.
I am so grateful I found DS!!! It makes all the difference to have support!
