Day 6 of a Lenten Prayer

Dear Lord,
We have had so many new people come to ds, searching out a new way of living and thinking!  Thank you Lord for sending them our way.  Please help all of us to continue to share with one another our experiences, strengths and hope.  Please continue to show us a better way Lord. 
Thank you God for sending your only Son for us to die on the cross for all our sins.  Help us to try and honor that sacrifice by empowering us with your wisdom and knowledge.  Take our self will and replace it with yours.  We thank you for the people that are here at Daily Strength and their willingness to share.  May we continue to be of service to one another and come to you for our strength.
Please Lord, be with those that are still out there suffering.  Be with those of us that are trying, but having such a difficult time getting those old thoughts, habits and desires out of our mind.  We know Lord anything worth having will take work on our part.  Please give us the time and the strength to make those changes!
In Jesus Name, I pray!  Amen!
