Day 58- Sheesh!
I can't believe it has been so long since I journaled. That week between Christmas and New Year's was SO busy! Cook, clean, cook, clean, cook, clean! Baked a zillion pizzelle cookies! Had people over for dinner 4 nights that week! And I gained weight back. Ugh! This past week, TOM was late. I was extremely hormonal. Weepy, fatigued, wanted to crawl into bed. Did not eat well. Did not exercise right. It wasn't pretty. And a couple of minor panic attacks. I also got a new car! Got my new Ford Edge, loaded! it's beautiful and so much fun to drive! Paul is now driving my Mercury Milan and I get to drive the new car except in bad neighborhoods in Philly. Got my blood tested. (I haven't been taking my vitamin D.) And the Winter blahs kicked in this week a bit too! I switched to FIOS and now have wireless internet! Woo Hoo! And I go a new manager starting today. Kathy was my manager several years ago before Jim. So at least we know each other.
I went to the farmer's market this past weekend, shopping with my friend. It was very nice and we ate at the little Amish restaurant there. Went to my mom's for dinner yesterday. It was really nice. I really enjoy spending time with my Mom. I am blessed.
David starts anger management this week in lieu of going into residential treatment. Praying this works. Last couple of weeks haven't been too bad. Phew!
I am doing the caloric cycling per the book, The Petite Advantage. I am 60% of the way done the book. I did 76 minutes of Wii Walk It Out tonight. Felt GREAT!
Well,, gotta run. I will try to catch up with everyone this week!

Woohoo New Car! How grand!
I am praying the anger management works with David. BTW does he know he might have gone into a residental home?
HUGE HUGS!
So much enjoyed reading the update. For the good - yeay and the \'not-so-good\' - I\'m glad you have those that love and care for you to help you get through it.
((hugs))

Enjoy the new Car. How wonderful.
Hope things work out for David.
Make sure to take your vitamin d.
boy have you been busy.
Hope your new manager works out for you.
The caloric cycling is that a new book you are reading?
Sounds like the usual mixture of good and bad. Isn\'t that what life dishes out? Someone on DS told me, \"If things are going well, just wait, it will change. If things are going badly, just wait, it will change.\" But often life is a chaotic mixture of good and bad hitting at the same time! Good luck with David!
