Day 5 Transfer! Yippee!
At about 9:05 this morning, I got a call from one of the nurses to say that I'm being pushed back to a Day 5 transfer! Yes! Just the news I wanted to hear! I had been up since 5am, like a kid on Christmas, waiting for this call. Pathetic, I know! I just COULDN'T sleep!
They're very tight-lipped about how things are progressing; so, I don't know how many of the 7 fertilized embryos are part of the race at this point -- if we've lost any or if they're all still dividing as expected. Geez, it's like that embryology lab is guarding the Crown Jewels or something! ;)
All the nurse was able to tell me (after my pesky questioning, over and over again) was that the cells seemed to be dividing at a rate that suggested I'd be a good candidate for a day 5 transfer.
Ok. Good enough for me! I'll take that happy news and run with it! So, no more visits to the clinic til Monday.

Thanks, girls! Transfer appt set for 12:30 tomorrow. I\'m just not looking forward to the \"full bladder\" part. I\'m always stressed out when I have to pee!
