Day 46, morning

Today is day 46.  I read this morning 'Nothing will change unless you make a change.'  I am committed to making a life change.  I do not drink.  I am the tree, not the leaves.  I am the sky, not the clouds.  I am the mountain.  It is day 46 and I am solid.
