Day 4 Fear
The root of my problems is fear. But how do you conquer fear when its real. I read an article today and it really put it in perspective for me. The source of my fear is my experiences, 3 stupid loser men who I could probably take now. They've started to cost me my health, i'm obese, I'm paranoid, I'm unable to move foward, i'm anxious, i'm short tempered, and i'm ultra sensitive. I've been robbed a few times but besides that nothing and I'm still here. I'm a smart person, and i'm talented. I can make a good and secure life for myself. And come to think of it I have been moving foward recently slowly but surely. Eventhough my experiences have made me afraid to venture out and meet new people, I still deeply love and accept myself in everyway. I already have a plan.
1. Run it through my Aniexty program.
2. Take assertiveness course.
3. Take self defense course.
4. Do one thing that scares me everyweek.
I not letting those men ruin my life anymore, its obvious they were just scared little nobodies attacking some one as innocent and vulnerable as me. I will no longer let them affect me with their sickness. I am a strong, intelligent, and powerful woman and I can do anything.

You can do anything. I was going through some paperwork of yours last Saturday and came across a letter from American High Night Program where they notified the High School that you have completed the 4 classes that you needed to pass 11 grade. I remember clearly when I went to see your counselor at mid school year and he told me that you were not going to pass the 11 grade because you have missed a lot of school and there was no way that you could make up the points that you needed. I asked what could be done and he told me that you could take those 4 classes at night, in addition to going to school during the day, you could pass the grade but that it was going to be impossible for you to do it. I told him you coud do it and for him to register you in the classes. You finished all you classes with all B\'s and only 1 C. You went to school, came home, ate and went to night school until 10 p.m. but you did it. You can do anything you set your mind to do.
