Day 4

I have had a good day this is my day 4 of no lies. Work was intense as always, but I like it look that. I don't feel so jittery as I was the last couple of days. My onething I accepted today is even though I have lied from unprotected pain. It doesn't stand up to the pain that I cause my life partner because of the lie. I am dedicated on getting better and I know that I can.
