Day #3- Was a struggle, but a success!
Day #3 ended with success, and I am here on Day #4 journaling about the constant struggle I am feeling. I am at the point where I have gotten to many times before. I have made it a few days without gambling, and now, my addicted brain is telling me things like "go celebrate your success! Just gamble a little" or "What is just 20 bucks or so going to do" I feel in a constant struggle to not go, and keep busy with other activities to help keep my mind off of it. Tomorrow will be really hard...I have all morning to myself as my husband is at work and daughter is at school. I am taking it day by day, and the remembering the good feeling of NOT going...and remembering the horrible feeling of regret when I do go. Hoping this will be enough to get me through the next few days. So close to making it a week...!

The worst thing that could happen is you win, then you will be even more addicted. Please don\'t let the disease win. If you only lose 20 that means you need another 20 for something else so you are down 40 and starting all over. You already know these things but remember we are here for you and want you to succeed. 1 week is the start of not having these feelings, hang tough - you can do it!!!! Stay strong.
