Day 3: Update

Okay, so this morning started off really badly. I woke up early to go to the sit in on a Weight Watchers meeting. We get all the way there and I start freaking out, nearly have a panic attack, and could not even get out of the car. I was and am ashamed of my behavior. However, I do not think I will any better. This is how I am and I must accept myself if I every expect to make any changes. So, that didn't happen. But, I did not give up on my day! I still all my supplements and such. I plan on playing racquetball again this evening with my husband and maybe try a blonde roast coffee from Starbucks on a walk with him. Since Monday, I am down 4.5 lbs and I am not giving up!
Now, to tackle the mountain of school work that has built up this week while my hubby and mom cook dinner for a change.

CONGRATS ON REACHING UNDER 300!!!!!!! WAY TO GO!!!!!!!!!!

I am no stranger to panic attacks either. They happen and you have no control them. Just realize that it\'s real and a part of life (for right now) and you CAN overcome them. Just take your time and ease your way into it. But you are doing great!
