Day 3 on HRT

j have been suffering for 18 months but more recently I have been hit like a ton of bricks with what I snx my will being is going through, devastation is not a strong enough word! 

I have just started HRT, this is day 3, feeling crap, have a massive headache which I’ve had since yesterday, so tired and can’t bring myself to get out of bed, lucky for me it’s Saturday. Hope tomorrow is a better day x
