Day 3 Completed!!
I am building up some momentum!! Day 3 and feeling good!!
I am feeling happier, my productivity at work has doubled since I have stopped gambling. I feel it is because I no longer concentrate on my next bet rather than what I am at work being paid to do!
Day 3 is over, a lifetime of no gambling to go :)
Self Reflection for the day. I am so proud of myself. I am happy, I feel better than I did 3 days ago. Why would I ever want this to end and start gambling again? No way - I am keeping this going!!
