Day 25, morning
It is Day 25. 1/4 of 100, 5 days from a month.
Pretty wiped out this morning. Worked hard yesterday and then didn't sleep well. Blech. Tried to sleep in a bit to make up for it, but I'm not sure how much that ever really helps. Need to get going real soon.
I'm excited to have made it to day 25. It amazes me. Heck anything that is past day one amazes me.
I'm a little off track this week. I'm not at least since Sunday doing any exercise. I really need to do it. My work goals this week are sidetracking me. I have some ideas for next week or at least to do a reboot on Sunday. It makes me feel good. The fast pace I'm setting at work this week is necessary, but wearing and a tired that does not feel good.
I remember seeing in a book about goals or something about making a pie chart of your life and distributing and balancing your life needs more evenly or in the way that will meet your goals. Considering my pie chart used to consist of work and then drinking all around the not working times, it might be time to re-acces my goals and make a new pie chart. Instead of getting drunk every day, I could exercise every other day. I could get back to studying Japanese on a daily basis. I haven't for the last 10 months studied on a daily basis as I used to. I miss it. And breaks aren't bad, sometimes you come back into it stronger than you were before. Would I want to join a meditation group? I don't know. A cycling group? Go back to taekwondo. Things to consider as I head into day 25, balance.
It is day 25. I committed to making a life change. I want to explore a new distribution of my life pie chart from work and drinking to _______________ all is open for rediscovery or to discover. I am the tree, not the leaves. I am the mountain. Today is day 25 and I am solid.
