Day 24- gratitude!
OK Kathy. This one's for you:
Raining cats and dogs today, but I am grateful! David cleaned my car and put Rain X on my windshield this past weekend and it was nice driving and being able to see! I got soaked, but I got to come home and work from home.
I lost 1 lb and my BMI dropped to 31.47.
The dogs got soaked and muddy taking them out in the rain. One of the dogs (Remmy?) pooped in the house. Most likely because it was raining so hard outside they did not want to stay out long enough to go! Gratitude: I love my dogs no matter what! I got the waggy tail greeting when I came home today.
Got in 65 minutes of Wii Walk It Out tonight. Work wasn't too bad.
I have 2 pairs of jeans that fit me right now. Gratitude: I have a closet full of jeans I will fit into shortly, when I lose some weight!
Acid reflux/heartburn really bad the last couple of days. Gratitude: Prilosec works! And once I get my BMI down below "obese", I know it will subside.
so here is to GRATITUDE!
