Day 11: 3m run, but no weights

Did my 3 mile run, late again! It was on the treadmill, and the first two miles I was thinking, "booooorrrringgg" at 6mph. So I pushed it to 6.7mph for the next half mile, then took a .25 mile break at 6mph, and then the last .25 did 7.5mph!
Okay time for bed. Tomorrow is an arms workout day. And a rest from running. 4 days in a row running really wears a girl out!

Woohooo! It sounds like a great ending to your run, and it is fun to see how fast we can push ourselves on that treadmill speed. Enjoy your rest (well legs at least) day tomorrow!
