Date set

Got the call from the Doc.  They asked about Nov 11, but I put it back 1 week.  Little less pressure, and after that I found out about the appointments scheduled for the week before, and that turned out to be perfect timing.  Today I posted the date.  That helps me to know that after 20 months it will really be happening. 
I am now thinking that I have to ignore when people compare the sleeve to RNY.  Both have their pluses, and limits.  I have to trust the judgement of my Doc.  Well yes I question him, and do not give him all the choice in the matter, but I value his judgement, and my personal health history.  I will be checking in with my PCP as well.
