Damn, sick again!!!

Not that I need to say anything else.  This time I'm kinda shaky and my vision is a little goofy too.  I can't tell whether or not this cold may be kicking me into a relapse. I have been slipping on taking my vitamins lately. (wont do that anymore) Three days in to it hope I feel better tomorrow.
