Hey... We\'re all right here with you... I know how scary these feelings & emotions are ... They\'re all new . Allow yourself to feel whatever comes... This is horrible & hard, but it won\'t always feel like it does right now. I know that\'s hard to hear right now, but I promise, you\'ll have better days again...
