Lisa Oz is a writer, actress, producer, and co-host of The Dr. Oz Show on Oprah Radio, Sirius and XM. She is co-author of five "New York Times" best-selling books including "YOU: The Owner’s Manual" series and author of the forthcoming US: Transforming Ourselves and the Relationships that Matter Most.
She is President of Ozworks,LLC, a media and investment consulting company and co-founder of HealthCorps, a non profit organization dedicated to improving health of America's youth through school-based peer-mentoring.
Lisa received her undergraduate degree from Bryn Mawr College and attended Columbia University's Union Theological Seminary. As a Reiki Master, Lisa has spoken widely on her insights into energy and health and maintains a passion for spiritual studies.

It seems that Lisa is just another female chauvinist. I saw her answer to the divorce woman who wanted to prevent her young son from calling his dad. Her suggestion? Have him find another role model. Guess what: kids (especially boys) NEED their dads and have a RIGHT to their dads. Divorced dads have a RIGHT to their children. Why did you hire this charlatan?
I have recieved a directive from my \"guide\" to open my closed mind with regard to \"professional helpers\". I have often watched in horror as some of these people have engineered the most bogancious train wrecks. As you can see, I have a lot of work to do. Yes, I am a 61 year old male, and I have been divorced. My kids did not seem to want anything I had to offer, but now that we have all become adults, change is happening. Passion for spiritual studies can be a good thing. Passion for the metaphysics that make them effective is also good. Ready to believe, so take your best shot.
