Whether I want it or not....
I was plugging away in the kitchen... trying to again turn over that new leaf and be more prepared to eat healthy. Prepping and chopping veggies to munch on as well as some thrown in and cooking away with a chicken breast and some rice.
I reach up in my cupboard for the rice and knocked down a container of dried fruit and nuts. The lid came off and nuts and seeds went EVERYWHERE... in my toaster, all over the counter and between the counter and fridge. As I went for the broom I got em poking me in the feet. Moved the fridge, cleaned the stovetop, counters, toaster. Finally done with that. I cooked the chicken breast whole and figured I'd just pull it apart. I stick it with a fork and when I lift it to put on a plate to cut up, it falls apart and back into the pot of veggies with rice (splattering me with a bit of both on my face and hair. ) LOL Yes I am fortunate that I have waited to do the floor.
Now trying to take care of a couple of year end claims but each time I get so much info then have to redo passwords or info to next link. Frustrating, Lord does know I have little patience. Guess he's still trying to get me to work on that. Going to try the phone calls again then back out to the kitchen floor.
Hmmm, wonder what will happen next???

Congratulations on your reasoned and patient response to life's little irritations. I trust your health is good and that the new year will bring blessings and benefits, and fewer spills. I am doing well here too, finding God's blessing everywhere I turn. Happy new year.
Thank you. I have been having some health concerns, but am taking steps to investigate and improve what I can. I do truly believe our outlook and faith does wonders for us.... if we let it.
I have decided not to focus on roadblocks that are constantly put in my way, but rather to put focus on finding a way to find reasonable end results. I have found a few tools (Hopefully will help) so I need not flounder hopelessly on my own.
Hugs and best wishes for the new year. Kim
Things like that make me happy I am vegan :)
~~~Peace~~~
Thanks Bob, and a happy peaceful and productive new year for you as well. :)
but Bobbarooni....if I came to maine and shot a moose you would have to eat one of the steaks......that is the rule....LOL
hey klutzyqueen.....ha my new name for you....hehehe....why picking up a piece of chicken without two forks or a tongs?
LOL Klutzyqueen is rather appropriate for me indeed. Rest assured it was 2 forks after the first splash all over me. From now on will always have the tongs at hand.
Yes Bill that was TONGS not TONGUES! Bahaha
well if you want a tongue just (well I will pm that rather than show my rude crude self in public) LOL
LOL! Bill, the chances of that are pretty small. We do it by lottery here and you have to be lucky enough to get picked.
Personally, I wish we didn't have moose hunting. The only reason why we do is because too many car accidents. When you hit an animal that big, you don't usually survive it.
That being said....good luck hunting !
~~~Cheers~~~
Thanks for the good laugh haha it was a great read lol
As long as you aren't hurting yourself I'll smile at the clumsy moves:) And Bob, You've never spilled sauce or anything? Vegan doesn't exclude us from making a mess like everyone else. Take care of yourself, let us know how the health is fairing.
