D&E went well

I just got back from the hospital. I have to say I really got the VIP treatment. It went really well and my IF surgeon was really happy I had started to mc with the misoprotol this morning. She was just suprised because my previous doses were much higher. This was just to help dilate.
She thinks she got everything and did not even come close to scraping. It was all done with aspiration from the middle without touching the sides. This is was the best with my Asherman syndrome. She also had no problems putting in the IUD which should come out after my next AF.
I tired and have a lot of cramping but I get to rest at home for the week and have good meds for the pain. I just want to heal the best way possible to make sure to up my chances.
Thanks for all your prayers and support. You've all helped me so much. I feel so possitive right now. I know this was a step back but I'm sure we'll get there !
