Cvid recent diagnosis

So at 38 years of age I finally found a doctor who didn't think I was crazy! Within my first visit she pulled labs and with 2 weeks we had some answers! Of course at this exact time I found out I was expecting (unexpectedly) my 5th child! It has delayed any treatment but gave me time to get through all the vaccine challenges and tests to receive a cvid diagnosis. Long story short I was beyond relieved to get an answer but now I am worried. I hope to start ivig this fall for several months then follow it with subcutaneous treatments. I don't know anyone else who has this and am feeling a little on an island. Anyone out there have any advice? Especially for how to stay healthy with twin 7 year old boys, twin 4 year old girls and an active 7 month old! I seem to catch everything they encounter when they don't even get sick!
