I AM SO FUCKING ANXIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i had a hard time falling asleep because i kept on wanting to cut.....i think when i get to school i'll call my therapist in the car and then if she calls durin class i'll excuse myself.....i'll tell my professors that i have a family emeergency.....it's not a lie....i AM part of a family and cutting IS and emergency......it's a true statement.....**groan** why does life suck!!!!????

\"no matter how hard life is you cant hurt yourself. if you didnt want to get hurt in the first place why inflict it on yourself now? dont let your rapist win. dont let them even think they destoyed you. show everyone that even though you got put on a different path that you can get back on path with everyone else. life sucks cause we make it suck.\" that was what i was told yesterday while i had a razor blade in my hand. so dont hurt yourself. there are other ways you get through this with out having that feeling of having to releave stress and feelings.
