Curve balls

As far as I am concern, nothing in life will ever remain stable for more than 3 minutes. The constant movement keeps us on our toes. Happiness seems so fleeting that sometimes we miss those moments and they become memories. I went with my dearest friend today to her oncologist appointment. She was with the doctor for a long time.  What was believed to be breast cancer is not...her lymnodes revealed that the cancer must of come from another place and the lump in her breast is benigne (sp)...She has been through so much...adopted to a loving family with a nasty sister who makes her life a living hell...lost her mother a few years ago, was homeless for about 5 months, suffers from a mental illness...and now that her meds are working well and she is finally out of the darkness this happens. She jokes around that she has nothing else to do in life (she doesn't work and is on disability), that God gave her this to keep her busy. At least she hasn't lost her sense of humour. Please keep her in your prayers.
