Current Events
I started this website early this morning around midnight. I was feeling quite anxious since I had a bit of a stomach bug. I am currently living on a couch at my parent's house. It is a bit of a step back since I was living on my own for a while now. I had moved in with my girlfriend and after we broke up I stayed in the apartment by myself. After the lease was up I move back to a suburb with my parents and that choice made me lose some confidence in myself. I left my job and started focusing more on my passion which is art and graphic design. During this time I felt drained almost every day and a bit unmotivted. I felt like I had to nap all day, it was just a bit depressing. Currently I plan on starting to go back to the gym and focusing on my health and creating habits that will better me. I have also started to listen to guided meditations at night before sleep and in the morning I usually listen to positive affirmations or self motivation videos. I have found a lot of insight from these videos and will continue on growing. As I write this I feel hopeful and willing to keep working on bettering myself.

I love this. When we think positive and write positive, we do positive and then positive outcomes come about. This is so relatable. I've been meditating on and off and felt it wasn't working for me being that I felt anxious and distracted easily until someone told me that was the purpose. So today I did 10 mins. It was a success and I plan to make this a habit. I hear good things come from it. How's the gym going? I've been on and off but for the past two days I've managed to get myself to the actual facility and do short intense workouts. I'm not far from my goal but I still want to stop holding off on gymming it because I also hear it helps subside anxiety and depression. So I'm challenging myself. I'm more positive in a day than I'm negative now. I'm usually in my head in the evening. And I've been trying to break down the underlying causes of what I feel. It isn't the easiest trying to think rationally while enduring anxiety but I try. I'll keep trying until I tackle it too! Anywho, this post was great and motivating.
