Curbed but also jaywalking my own street!

I know this title sounds funny - in other words i'm illegally walking across paths in my own mind- in my own life! Such as... 'not eating that dohnut, or not sleeping in or acting out' that I don't want to cross as in jaywalking but i've also managed to curb some binge cravings. Maybe 7 out of 10 times in the past couple of days i've managed to do this.. which is an improvement.. but at the same time I've still eaten some chocolate and grazed more than I would have liked! I've had some quality time with my boyfriend which is important, helped distract me and made me feel a little more uplifted and less 'in my depressive state of mind'. I've discovered some more fun games on the wii console which I'm enjoying.. and i've finished the series of a tv show i was watching which I felt was a biG trigger for me. So while i'm not eliminating total tv, I never did watch much and now when i'm in front of it I'll be doing something with my hands that's more interactive ie. playing the wii or the wii fit which appears to be quite motivating. Now I really just need to be organized with my time outside of that and not let uni and other priorities slip past me before I know it. I think in a way i'm really scared and terrified of wasting my youth.... I have many days where I feel I have not produced something productive lately.. and I worry that this will only continue. I try to challenge myself but when I keep falling short I wonder if my expectations are too high, or just my mind is not thinking correctly. I'm hoping this week will be a big change up and be active. I'm going to keep writing in this journal, not so much for food but for what I do with my time so I can really reflect. At the moment it's painfully unproductive apart from my hours spent working - so I'll see how I can mix that up a bit, and eventually - a lot! My prayer to you God right now is not to let my life waste away!!!! not one minute... Ok so practical ways to keep coming back to or to aim to set up for myself this week for creating a path to improve my quality living; - Organize to meet with counsellor- Organize counsellor for parent- Spend time at uni studying; aim for 10 hrs this wk- Do photoshoot for uni projects!!! and make tatting things for it!! ** important- Gym x3 this week doing early classes so as not to impinge on my early bedtimes!- Attend dance class to rekindle my love for it- Write in my journal everyday and try to rewrite my narrative (psychological application!!!!)- Have early nights, by 9pm in bed- Hang out with one girlfriend at least any other ideas welcome. I really need to change myself and my habits.... HABITS are a massive thing and I don't know why they feel so difficult to break. I guess distraction helps to stop going back to the bad habits and to stay on track if it's positive distraction. The lack of external encouragement in my life makes it so difficult but I guess if I'm trying to invest in this it will surely come around!! And your comments people... are heard, and I count them appreciated. Thankyou
