CT scan and breathing test results
Ct of the chest with out contrast.

Findings: There has been no interval change in the appearance of the chest since the prior study 06/19/2013.
findings of centrilobular emphysema persist with peripheral vascular attenuation, scattered belebs and bullae, and marked hyperinflation.
Sub segmental atelectasis/scaring persist in the lingual of the left upper lobe.
There is no infiltrate or consolidation to suggest pneumonia. There is no lesion, plural effusion, or pneumothorax.
The cardiac silhouette is not enlarged.
There is patchy calcification of the thoracic aorta.
There is calcification of coronary artery involving the circumflex and left anterior descending. There is no pathologic lymphadenopathy.
Scanning of the upper abdomen demonstrates a probable cyst arising from the left kidney posteriorly. both adrenal glands are normal in size and shape. The patient is status post cholecystectomy
