crying dream..........

i had a really unpleasant dream last night....i won't go into detail.....it's gonna be one of the major topics of disucssion this week in therapy......it was scary, but in a psychological type of way.....i was not happy when i woke up....and i woke up crying....i was crying the WHOLE TIME during the dream and when i woke up i had tears streaming down my face.....it was really unpleasant and kind of made me sad....i'm still positive, but i've kind of lost my happiness....i dunno.....BPD is i full swing....happy one minute and the next minute sad....**sigh** comes with the terriotry i guess....
