Crushing

So I like this guy and my godfather (his boss) thinks we'd be cute together and thinks that he might like me too. The only problem is that he has a girlfriend at the moment but he doesn't want to be with her anymore anyway but they live together so he needs to find a place to live before he can break up with her. I feel like the more I talk to him, the more I fall for him and I'm just scared that he won't feel the same and I'll get hurt. But he makes me smile a lot and he's easy to talk to because we have so much in common. I don't know what to do :(
