Crazy day at work

Just complaining about my crazy day at work yesterday. I initially was called in 4 hours early and then ended up staying an additional hour so worked a 13 hour day. What a crazy day it was. It made me wonder if someone was up there and gathered all the residents and then just threw them down as if playting 52 card pick-up. What a mess it turned out to be. To make matters worse I had a resident attempt to commit suicide by tying a plastic bag over his head. If I hadn't walked by his room when I did he would have suffocated. And of course he had the nerve to try and fight me while I was ripping the plastic bag off his head.  Then we had a resident who needed his brief changed because he was covered in poop. It took 5 of us to hold him down and another 2 to clean him up. I woke up this morning covered in bruises, Good Grief and these are suppose to be nice old people, apparently they didn't read the description that was passed out in nursing school. LOL what a night from Hell that was. Then I came home to unwind and relax, so I got onto the computer and of course came to DS to read posts to see how my friends are doing. I ended up in chat  and OMG I ended up staying up until 3 AM, I figured I would probably sleep until noon, but NOOoooo some stupid telemarketer called at 8 AM and I couldn't go back to sleep. OH I feel it's going to be another one of those days.Hope you all are doing well and have a  better day than I did.Luv and Hugs to allFerr
