Crazy Days
Well, it's been a crazy week and days lately - haven't done my journel - mostly because I'm not used to it.
I've had pain in my shoulders and through my back, I think from lack of water/liquids plus gas build up I'm sure. - it KILLS!
I have my 6 week follow up on the 27th, my 6 week from surgery mark is on the 24th - I can't believe it has been 6 weeks already!
I think I'm doing ok, haven't done much exercising and I know I haven't lost that much weight since surgery.
I read about these people losing all this weight, I think I've lost like 10 pounds since, but I know I've lost inches.
Well, I am going to the Y tonight and attempt a Zumba class - it's been awhile since I've done one & I am so uncoordinated I don't know why I keep going back every so often LOL!
